Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms were really beautiful and clean, especially the Suite Baccio, which was a spacious affair with a small but inviting balcony facing the Arno. The service was top-notch, as the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from early check-in to helpful tips on restaurants and sites. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and a short walk to major attractions. Though the dining experience left something to be desired, with limited breakfast options, the overall experience was fantastic.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and full of typical old Florentine furniture with stunning ceiling-high windows overlooking the Arno. The evenings were peaceful with the room's shutters keeping it pitch black for a great night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, being close to all the main historical attractions and galleries, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The dining experience was delicious with a good selection and excellent service. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
What a gem of a hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, offering a lovely view of the river. The service was exceptional, with a special shoutout to the incredibly helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good variety of local products. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the Tuscan charm of the comfortable rooms with high ceilings and a super clean bathroom. The staff was incredibly accommodating, assisting with booking excursions and taxis. The location was fantastic, tucked into a quiet street yet close to the main sights and the river. The dining experience was very good but pick your timing carefully as the dining room can get busy. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were much larger than what I usually find in Italy, with a cozy bed in the center. The private bathroom was very nice, although we did encounter some mosquitoes because we opened the windows and there were no screens.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very big, with a scenic view of the cute alley behind our hotel building and of the lovely lake nearby. The service provided by the staff was extremely nice and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was close enough to everything, providing convenience during my visit. The dining options were the best I've ever had in a hotel, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The spacious room with a sitting room, large bedroom, and bathroom, along with a lovely balcony overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, was a dream. The queen bed and modern bathroom added to the comfort, and the view was spectacular. The only minor downside was the tricky switch to turn on the lights in the room.
My stay at this hotel was incredible! The room was massive, about six times bigger than the one I had last week. I had a stunning view of the Arno river and an old clocktower right outside my window, which luckily didn't chime. The street location was surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast felt like a mix of home and hotel service.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, and though they overlooked the street, the view of the Arno was breathtaking. The service was exceptional, offering fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining. The location was ideal, close to major landmarks and nestled in a charming neighborhood. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good selection, but could use more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with clean and unique rooms that were very comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff added a personal touch to our stay. The fantastic location made exploring the city a breeze, although the dining experience was only average.
