My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms were really beautiful and clean, especially the Suite Baccio, which was a spacious affair with a small but inviting balcony facing the Arno. The service was top-notch, as the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from early check-in to helpful tips on restaurants and sites. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and a short walk to major attractions. Though the dining experience left something to be desired, with limited breakfast options, the overall experience was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and full of typical old Florentine furniture with stunning ceiling-high windows overlooking the Arno. The evenings were peaceful with the room's shutters keeping it pitch black for a great night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, being close to all the main historical attractions and galleries, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The dining experience was delicious with a good selection and excellent service. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The spacious room with a sitting room, large bedroom, and bathroom, along with a lovely balcony overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, was a dream. The queen bed and modern bathroom added to the comfort, and the view was spectacular. The only minor downside was the tricky switch to turn on the lights in the room.
